UMass Boston, also known as The Univeristy of Massachusetts Boston, is an urban public univeristy, and the 2nd largest of the UMass campuses. Umass Boston is located on Harbor Point in the city of Boston. There are eight colleges at UMass Boston: the College of Liberal Arts, College of Science and Mathematics, College of Management, College of Nursing and Health Sciences, College of Public and Community Service, College of Education and Human Development, John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies and Global Studies, and University College. UMass Boston offers both undergraduate and graduate courses in a wide variety of different subjects.
The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth or UMass Dartmouth is based in North Dartmouth. North Dartmouth is located in the heart of the south coast region between New Bedford to the East and Fall River to the west. There are around 9,155 students enrolled at the university. Umass Dartmouth has an substantial graduate program at five different colleges, offering a wide variety of subjects to study.
