0 Role of Centrifuges in Nuclear Industry

Every time a country (most recently: Iran) pushes for nuclear energy or weapons, talk of the presence of centrifuges begins to percolate around the media. It is almost as if step 1 is to obtain to a centrifuge, step 2 is to build a nuclear bomb. This could not be further from the truth. Centrifuging is just one step in a very long and complicated process. In addition, there are numerous non-nuclear uses for centrifuges that can add to the ambiguity of their presence. Nonetheless, they do provide an integral step in the production of usable nuclear material and here we can delve into how that works.

First, it should be noted that we are not talking about the same centrifuges that we used to use in chemistry class, placing a test tube on each end and trying to determine whether or not a solution produced a precipitate. These are industrial level centrifuges that are significantly bigger and more powerful. They are to science class centrifuges what the Hubbell Space Telescope is to the telescope kit that you got for your eight birthday.

The centrifuges used to create nuclear material are extremely powerful. They can reach over one hundred thousand revolutions per minutes and are balanced to such extreme specifications that if they are even a few milligrams off keel, the entire machine could destroy itself. Centrifuges of this variety typically operate with magnets because the friction created spinning at these speeds would lead to so much heat and such wear and tear that the centrifuge would burn itself up after just a few uses.

When it comes to nuclear uses, the role of centrifuges is to separate the usable from the unusable material. This all boils down to uranium. Mined uranium is processed into uranium oxide. Uranium oxide consists of two different isotopes, U-235 and U-238. Of these isotopes, only U-235 is usable for weapons and nuclear power plant fuel. Not only is U-238 unusable in and of itself, but its mere presence can disrupt the uranium's value. Therefore, the isotopes must be separated in order to extract the usable U-235.

To extract the U-235, the uranium must be mixed with acid to put it into a gaseous state. At this point, the gas is added to special type of centrifuge and spun out. The denser, heavier U-238 falls out of the solution and can be pushed along to the next step of the process. This is still a long way from having the uranium necessary to create nuclear power or weapons, but it does take care of one of the most difficult aspects of the uranium enrichment process.

As previously mentioned, it should also be noted there are numerous industrial uses for high tech centrifuges beyond separating nuclear material. They are also used extensively for processing in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries. These centrifuges are different in scale and operations from those used for nuclear material, but they still operate on the same fundamental science to get the job done.

0 Repetition: The Key To Retaining And Using New Words

Repetition is vital in anyone's quest to develop an impressive, working vocabulary. Just because you have learned a word at some point does not mean it is going to be a tool readily available to you in your word arsenal the next time you need it.

As an illustrative example, think of a timer attached to each vocabulary word (figuratively, of course). The time on the timer represents how long it has been since you have used, heard, or read a given word. The more time that has lapsed since being exposed to the word, the less likely you are to use it. And, when I say less likely you are to use it, I mean the less likely it is that the word will come to your mind in the moment when you wish to communicate the its meaning. When you hear, read, or use a word the clock is reset to zero, making it more likely to come to your mind in the short term. Obviously, a word you learned or quickly studied that day would be on the front of your mind and ready for use.

It would be no coincidence if you were to use the word philanthropic to describe someone charitable just a day after you heard a coworker use that same word. It would also be no coincidence if dogmatic came to your mind to describe someone opinionated if you had just heard it used on the radio that morning.

Remember that it only takes using one or two educated words a day (or less) among coworkers or friends to make a lasting impression.

Repetition is the key to vocabulary building and everyday usage of educated vocabulary words. Subscribing to a word of the day service will ensure that you not only obtain, but also retain a verbal advantage in your career and life. Learning one word a day is incredibly easy. Simply commit to opening up the word of the day email every morning. Spend 60 seconds to learn the word and think of how you can use it in your communication sometime throughout the day.

Even if you already know the meaning of the word of the day, don't disregard it! A person is much more likely to use a word that he/she has recently heard or read. Repetition is not just important for learning the definition of a word. It is also important as it pertains to using the word in your daily communication.

1 MBA and the importance of an appropriate Search Engine

MBA is a highly reputed and specialised educational programme that conditions a studentto becomea top seeded professional, who is capable enough to handle any situations arising in an unpredictable corporate world. These students undergo a rigorous training for two months which includes preparation and submission of projects, assignments and presentations on various topics related to business management. Such activities requirea lot of market research, so that the content in presentations and projects is precise and resourceful and also make their understanding of the subject profound. With the advent of internet in India, research jobs have become easy; however, we still need to upgrade the search portals.

The search engines have been very useful as we do not have look into very book, newspaper, journal or magazine to find valuable sources of knowledge for our business research. Nonetheless, the portals lack certain features that can make search refine and more precise.

MBA students get an insight into diversified world of business as they go through various sources and case studies to prepare the reports and assignments. However, sometimes doing market research becomes a laborious and demanding task for them, as they have to invest a lot of time, energy and money. Thus they cannot attend and concentrate on the regular classes which are equally important.

It is very important to improve the results of the search portals as the resources on the World Wide Web have increased in the recent times. There are umpteen numbersof website and link for a single topic. It becomes quite troublesome for a MBA student to click on every link and sort out which
would be useful for their business research, as corporate world is multi-dimensional and covers a wider area.

Therefore, now it is the time that we realise the need for an efficient search portal and developthe same for the management students, where they can get optimal outputs for their queries. In this type of separate portals, vast area of business operations consisting of various subjects, topics and sectors can be divided and categorise, thus making business research prompt, hassle free and clear-cut.

With improved search engines a student who is interested and wants to know more about a specific area of corporate operations say for an example HRM can type or click the options in the portal. It is then bifurcated into variety of topics related to HRM like employee welfare, recruitment, etc. It further divides into different industries, and you can get every bit of updated information of any field you are interested, thus you get precise data and sources, which can be very useful for your market research.

Such distinctive search portalscan be made more beneficial to the management student by including special features that have different sections related multifarious aspects of business management. MBA students can also find links to various case-studies by renowned B-schools and alsoget live report of sectors. Thus they can get access to the recent developments and updates of various international and domestic policies and latest news from corporate world that can give them an idea about ever-changing market, thus they can use such news to make their reports which is resourceful.

This type of exclusive portals can be very advantageous to the management students as it offers information with smallest details that is updated from time to time. Thus, they do not have search for it in the pages of the books or do not have to spend hours and hours looking out for the relevant links on the net; hence market research can become a child's play for them.

0 Fossil fuels and classification

FUELS & COMBUSTION
Fossil fuel-
? Fuel can be defined as a combustible substance which contains carbon as its main
components, which gives large amount of heat on proper burning.
? Carbon can be used economically for domestic and industrial requirements.
? Common example involving wood, charcoal, coal, kerosene, petrol, diesel, producer gas,
oil gas, etc.
? During combustion process of a fuel (like coal), the atoms of carbon, hydrogen, etc.
combine with oxygen with the simultaneous release of heat at a speedy rate.
? This energy is released due to the "rearrangement of valence elections" in these atoms,
resulting in the formation of new compounds like methane and water.
FUEL + OXYGEN ---> PRODUCTS + HEAT.
? Coals and petroleum oils are the main source of the fuel; the available quantity of these
sources is reduced day by day.
? Fossil fuels are composed by natural resources such as anaerobic decomposition of buried
dead organisms.
? The age of the organisms and their resulting fossil fuels is more than millions of years.
? They are non-renewable resources because they take thousands of years to form, and
reserves are being decomposed much faster than new ones are being made.
? Its uses and production raise environmental issue.
Classification:
1. Solid fuel
? Solid fuel is defined as raw materials which are used as a primary fuel to produce energy
and provide heating.
? Common example under this category includes wood, charcoal, peat, coal, Hexamine fuel
tablets, and pellets made from wood, wheat, rye and other grains.
? It also used in solid fuel rocket technology.
? For creating fire, it has been used.
? Coal is used for firing furnaces, to running steam engines.
? Steam locomotives engines are operated by using wood as fuel.
? In electricity generation, peat and coals are used.
? Due to unsafe levels of toxic emissions, use of some solid fuels is restricted or prohibited
in some urban areas.
2. Liquid Fuel
? Liquid fuels are defined as combustible or energy-generating molecules which are used to
produce mechanical energy.
? Fumes of these fuels are flammable instead of the fluid.
? Most liquid fuels which are used for various purpose in now days, are derived from
petroleum.
Types of liquid fuel:
Gasoline
? It is a by-product of petroleum, contains carbon and hydrogen.
? Gasoline or petrol is produce by hydrocarbon molecules forming aliphatic compounds, or
chains of carbons with hydrogen atoms attached.
? Engines that use unleaded gasoline releases fewer hydrocarbons, have fewer combustion
chamber deposits, and provide a longer life for spark plugs, exhaust system and
carburetors.
? It is generated by distillation of crude oil.
? The desirable liquid is taken out from the crude oil in refineries.
? For the formation of gasoline, petroleum must first be removed from crude oil.
? Gasoline itself is actually not burned, but the fumes it creates ignite.
Diesel fuel
? It is a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons extracted from petroleum.
? Diesel may cost less than gasoline; it costs less for production because the extraction
processes used are simpler.
? It can hold dirt particles in suspension longer than gasoline because it is heavier and more
viscous.
? Its efficiency varies with the type of engine.
? Use of a polluted fuel or an improper grade of fuel can cause hard starting, incomplete
combustion, and a Smokey exhaust.
Kerosene
? Kerosene is defined as flammable hydrocarbon oil usually obtained by distillation of
petroleum and used as a fuel, solvent, and thinner.
? It is sometimes used as an additive in diesel fuel to prevent gelling or waxing in cold
temperatures.
? Heat of combustion of kerosene is similar to that of diesel
? It is generally used for heating and fueling vehicles.
3. Fuel gas
? Fuel gas can be referred to any of several gases burned to produce thermal energy.
Natural gas (methane) is the most common example of fuel gas, others include:
? Coal gas or Town gas
? Syngas
? Mond gas
? Propane
? Butane
? Regasified liquefied petroleum gas
? Wood gas
? Producer gas
? Water gas
? HCNG

0 The Power of a Lovely Smile

A very close friend of mine is a dentist who accepted one of the dental scholarships being offered in her college and attended two dental schools (not being happy with her first choice due to personal reasons). She was also eligible for one of the medical scholarships offered but refused, since it was to a Medical College in the UAE, and, instead, graduated with honors from one of the best school for dentistry in the country. She has always talked about how a nice smile can really change certain things about a person's life, and how important such things are.

Without being vain, I can honestly say that I have been complimented many times upon my smile and it has often worked to my advantage, by getting me better service in shops and restaurants. My teeth are not the greatest but apparently my smile lights up my face and makes other people happy to see it. We are always taught that a smile costs nothing but this is not always correct since sometimes it does cost a lot of effort to smile at someone when you are not in the mood. However, the best results are achieved at this point as, just by smiling, you can improve both your own and somebody else's mood.

Many people believe that a smile is easier to do than a smile since less muscles are required- 14 for a smile and 17 for a frown, but new research show that smiling uses 12 muscles and frowning only 11- making smiling a better exercise for your face! There is an old English saying; "turn that frown upside down" and it basically means telling someone to go from being sad or angry to being happy. It is not used so much these days as the answer will probably be to "mind your own business," but when we were growing up we used to hear it all the time from teachers, shopkeepers and even total strangers whom you met.

When meeting someone for the first time we base our impressions on many things, mostly physical, and one of these is the way a person smiles at you. A genuine smile which reaches their eyes will make you feel good and trusting whereas a forced smile will automatically put you on the defensive and decide that maybe something is not right. Similarly, a smile showing bad teeth or halitosis will be off-putting and give you an unfavorable impression. Having a regular oral hygiene routine is essential and this includes six-monthly dental visits for regular check-ups and proper cleaning. In-between visits it is important that you brush thoroughly for two minutes morning and evening, as well as flossing everyday.

A lovely smile is also important for your own self image and makes you feel more confident, since knowing that you look good will free your mind to concentrate on the matter in hand rather than worrying if you have spinach stuck in your teeth!

A visit to my dentist the week before had resulted in root canal treatment and although it was not the dentist's fault, that is whom I cursed all week.

0 Two Most Important Symbols That Can Be Used In Lord Of The Flies Essay

"The Lord of the flies" is an allegorical story written by a Nobel Prize winner writer William Golding. Lord of the flies book talks about how culture came into being by man's fail, by giving an example of British students who were lost on the abandoned island. These boys attempted to govern themselves leading in calamitous results. It revolves around the contentious human nature and has got the 68th position on the American Library Association "list of the 100 most influential books of 90's".

As mentioned; it is an allegorical story, there are various symbols which can be used in the story in order to backup the main theme but for some students, picking out the right symbols to be included in the Lord of the flies essays become bit intricate. Consequently, we are providing you Lord of the flies symbols and their significations that can be used in the Lord of the flies allegory essay.

The Conch Shell:

There are two main characters in the play," Ralph" and "Piggy" who find a conch shell on the beach in the beginning of the novel and used it to call the boys together after the plane crash which separated them. This way, conch shell became a very vital symbol in the novel. The shell was used very efficiently to regulate the boys together as the boy who holds the shell had the ability to speak. Because of this; the shell became an actual vessel for political legitimacy and power. As the island erodes and the boys went into savagery, the conch shell eventually loses its authority among the boys. Ralph clasps the shell when he talked about his intentions of murdering Simon. Shortly, the rest of the boys started throwing stones at him every time he tried to blow the conch's shell at the Jack's camp. The stones that Roger threw on Piggy also crushed the shell which is clearly distinguishing the downfall of the civilized instincts in all the boys on the island.

Piggy's Glasses:

Piggy is the cleverest boy out of all the boys on the island. His glasses identify intelligence and the power of science in the novel. The symbolic importance of the piggy's glasses became striking at the start of the novel when the boys used piggy's glasses to set up the fire and to see the sunlight. Jack's hunter when break-in the camp and stole the Piggy's glasses, the savages used it to lit the fire leaving Ralph's group out of action.

In this manner, the two most commanding symbols used in the Lord of the flies novel will allow you to write your Lord of the flies essay in an effective manner.

0 Breathing Techniques to Improve Stress and Cognitive Function for ADHD

Suffering from headaches, problem concentrating, and anxiety? If you have ADHD or Learning Disabilities, these feeling would most probably be magnified compared to those who doesn't have the same conditions. Though there are no guarantees, but changing the way you breathe might spell relief from the constant irritation and improve the quality of your life.

When there is a perceived threat, our heart rate, breathing and blood flow will increase. A little stress is good but if it persists for long term the results are anxiety, depression, inability to focus, and a host of other problems. Since our minds are occupied most of the time, breathing is regulated subconsciously by the respiratory control centers. Our minds can be trained to over-ride the rhythms generated by these centers. By changing the rate you at which you breathe, you send a message to the brain. "I am not being threatened".

People can break the stress cycle by practicing the four easy steps. First, stop what you are doing. Second, breathe using your stomach (belly breathing) with a few deep breaths, allowing your stomach to expand with air. Do away the shallow chest breathing style that most of us do normally. It is recommended that you inhale through the nose by counting one to four and exhale through the mouth with a reverse count of four to one.

Third, consider the cause of your stress, check your reaction to problem, instead of seething about it go to step four and rectify the problem with a viable solution. E.g. If you are having difficulty understanding a passage, try to speed read (at a pace comfortable to you) the whole chapter, you will find that give you a clearer picture. You can check for words as well as improved on your comprehension the second time around. For more resources on ADHD/ Learning disabilities click here. Note: The first and second steps are sufficient to relax to a certain stage. Doing the third and fourth steps will further elevate the symptoms and provide a more lasting solution to your problem.

Infants belly breathes automatically, by the time they are eight or ten they become chest breathers because of the "fight or flight response". You will have a body that perceives itself to be in stress all the time because you are chest breathing all the time. Think about the fact that you are over stressing your system over a lifetime. A good breathing technique benefits anyone who is under stress regardless whether they have ADHD/ Learning Disabilities or not.

When you breathe slowly, smoothly, and evenly, your mind cannot generate enough thoughts to support the upset whether it's fear, frustration, anger or anxiety. If you are not breathing properly, your form is probably going to be off. So it pays to put in a little effort to get it right and reap the benefits. Make "Belly Breathing" a norm. It helps.

0 TEFL Teacher Training Courses: Accreditation versus Certification

Every TEFL teacher training course should be accredited with "accredited" meaning that an outside institution has reviewed the course, course content and the trainers delivering the course. Accreditation is important for teachers looking to enroll because it is a way of telling that the TEFL course meets a minimum of standards with regards to curriculum and teacher-trainers. In addition, the accreditation is important when that teacher begins to look for employment because many schools only want TEFL teachers that have received TEFL certification from a 'recognized' or 'approved' TEFL training course. Accreditation by an outside organization is an assurance to the teacher and the schools that the training course meets minimum industry standards.

When talking about TEFL training course accreditation, the first thing is not to confuse recognition with certification. While there are some organizations that certify TEFL courses, these organizations are not officially recognized by any international governing body. Why? Because there is no internationally recognized governing body for TEFL teacher training. Most accreditation organizations are national or regional so many organizations tend to have no recognition beyond the legitimacy a school in another geographic location is willing to give them. As a result, teachers tend to be at the mercy of national or regional preferences with regards to TEFL training certification. In addition, the type of TEFL course taken affects whether a school will accept the training course as 'legitimate'. The two types of courses to be considered are traditional on-site courses and online distance learning course, each with their own pros and cons as well as accreditation organizations. Finally, courses such Trinity TESOL (www.trinitycollege.co.uk/site/?id=293) and Cambridge ESOL (www.cambridgeesol.org/exams/teaching-awards/) rely on self-accreditation by virtue of the fact that they have become industry standards that are universally recognized and accepted. Regardless, there are some accreditation factors to take into consideration when considering TEFL training course options, whether traditional on-site or online distance learning courses.

Traditional On-Site TEFL Courses
Traditionally, local or national government agencies, or more "genuine" agencies tend to provide accreditation to traditional on-site TEFL teacher training courses. The accreditation requirements and criteria will vary depending on where in the world the course is offered. In addition, the accreditation agencies don't typically guarantee the quality of the course so it is still up to the teacher to do some research on the TEFL training course they are interested in. Regardless, traditional on-site courses tend to have more stringent requirements to meet and provide practical application practice of skills learned within the classroom. Therefore, they are usually more recognized by some schools. For those teachers that have the time and money to invest, they should consider this option.

Following are a list of the more "legitimate" accreditation agencies though it is not remotely close to a complete list because of all the organizations that provide accreditation to university programs, regional university accreditation organizations (USA), etc.:
• University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES) - cambridgeassessment.org.uk
• Trinity College - trinitycollege.co.uk
• College of Teachers - collegeofteachers.ac.uk
• Education Development International (EDI) - ediplc.com
• London Chamber of Commerce International Examinations Board (LCCIEB) - lccieb.com
o Associated with EDI
• Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors (ASPA) - aspa-usa.org
• Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) - chea.org

Online or Distance TEFL Courses
Unlike traditional on-site programs, online or distance TEFL teacher training courses don't have any official accrediting organizations. In addition, the standards associated with the various accreditation organizations of online/distance TEFL courses vary greatly from one organization to another. Regardless, these training courses can be "accredited" but this is where recognition versus accreditation is even more important. Therefore, if accreditation is important to you or the school you wish to apply to, you should closely review the accrediting organization's accreditation process and requirements. This will tell you more about the recognition of the accreditation. In addition, you should review the course content offered as well as teacher feedback regarding the course.

Some of the better known accreditation agencies of online or distance learning courses are:
• Accreditation Council for TESOL Distance Education Courses (ACTDEC) - actdec.org.uk
• European Association for Distance Learning (EADL) - eadl.org
o Formerly known as AECS
• European Association of Distance Teaching Universities (EADTU) - eadtu.nl
• Open and Distance Learning Quality Council (ODLQC) - odlqc.org.uk
• Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) - detc.org
• U.S. Distance Learning Association (USDLA) - usdla.org

Conclusion
There is no hard and fast rule with regards to what TEFL teacher training course will be recognized by the school you are applying to. Accreditation versus recognition will always be an issue with some schools. Therefore, it is best to ask schools within the countries you are planning to work what TEFL training courses they accept so you can choose the course most preferred. It should also be noted that most schools prefer training courses that include observed teaching practice within their course content. For those not sure where their TEFL teaching careers will lead them and who are willing to make the significant investment in time and money, the Trinity TESOL (www.trinitycollege.co.uk/site/?id=293) or Cambridge ESOL (www.cambridgeesol.org/exams/teaching-awards/) would be the best option to consider. Regardless, every TEFL course out there, and the accreditation organizations that certify them, have their benefits and draw backs so it is best to choose the course that best meets your short term needs/limitations and fits with your long term plans.

0 English Grammar- Past Tense with examples

In the English language, there are three main tense - The Present, the Past Tense and the Future Tense. Broadly, this type of tense is used to talk about something that happened at a time before now, the present tense is used to talk about something that is happening now and the future tense is used to talk about something that will happen in a time later than now. However, even within each of these tenses, there are sub-tenses.

The first and the most basic past tense is the simple past tense. Simply put, this tense is used to talk about something that used to happen in the past. Examples : John studied French. The sentence means that John studied French sometime in the past. It does not specify whether he studied French six months ago or six years ago. Samantha shopped at the mall. This sentence means that I had my lunch sometime in the past. Peter played tennis. This sentence means that Peter played tennis sometime earlier. The second type of past tense is the past continuous tense. This tense is used to talk about a continuing action in the past. Examples : Samantha was shopping at the mall. This sentence means that at that particular time in the past, Samantha was shopping or the action was in progress at that time. Peter was playing tennis. This sentence is used to imply that action of playing tens was going on at that particular time. The third kind of past tense, which is slightly complicated, is the past perfect tense. The word 'had' is used in the past perfect tense. It is used to talk about an action which had already finished at that time in the past. Examples : Samantha had shopped in the mall.

Summary

The simple past is formed for regular verbs by adding -d or - ed to the root of a word.

The past progressive is formed by using a simple past form of to be (was or were) and the main verb's present participle.

The past perfect is formed by combining the simple past form of to have with the past participle form of the main verb.

The past perfect progressive is formed by had (the simple past of to have), been (the past participle of to be) and the present participle of the main verb.

0 Continuous Employment to a MBA Student

In any economy, it can be difficult to leave a stable job to pursue a full time MBA. She worked in a company of Los Angeles marketing area for about five years before deciding to return to school in 2007.

Williams was approved by the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management full-time MBA program. But, as he says, "Life has been made," and referred the registration for professionals.

In a year and a half, was inscribed, Williams has changed.

"I see the difference in myself in just being able to communicate with people in my office, and be able to talk to my boss about the cash flow and profit and loss statements," he said. "When I started, I had no tongue. I had no knowledge. I do not have it all."

"In many ways, he said," continuous employment to a business student is very close to the concept of residence in the faculties of medicine. As they work, (students) can provide real-time, the real problems they face in the learning experience. "

Benefits of part-time MBA programs will not end immediately the application of knowledge. According to the 2007 survey by GMAC to return part-time MBA programs is significantly higher than that of full-time or EMBA programs, and a shorter repayment period.

But on the surface when you consider the cost of part-time, this value is unclear. For example, the total cost of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business part-time MBA is about $ 85,000. If you compare the cost of the program full-time over two years (about $ 90,000 two years), which seems a lot of savings.

The distribution is similar to other schools: UC Berkeley Haas evening and weekend cost the MBA program of $ 94,000 (versus about $ 94,000 for out-of-state tuition to full-time), and UC Irvine Merag , the cost of part-time program is also the same time the state-full (approximately $ 80,000).

In any economy, it can be difficult to leave a stable job to pursue a full time MBA. She worked in a company of Los Angeles marketing area for about five years before deciding to return to school in 2007.

But to look only at the total costs is often misleading. On the one hand, part-time students often receive tuition assistance from their employer. And part-time programs are less stringent in general or that require fewer courses of full-time programs, just over a longer period.

"During the recession in the second half," says Cooper "is still great interest in MBA programs, particularly part-time MBA programs that help the student to continue to work full time and earn an income."

0 Evolution developing from Molecular Inertia

Summary
In the evolutionary journey of a living creature, a condition or a movement that occurs continuously from generation to generation, e.g. as when it "moves forward", will have an impact on the shape of its body.

The Development of the Tail in Animals.

The existence of all living creatures in nature is influenced by two conditions i.e. conditions external to their body and conditions internal to their body, both of which work simultaneously. Here, an attempt is made to elaborate some of the features of these conditions, particularly the ones that may make interesting topics of discussion. These conditions, though they may perhaps be just a common issue to some people, may yet be something of great interests to scientists in search for the answers to the question, "What is it that has caused animals to have tails?"

Indeed, there are some who are of the opinion that the tail of an animal has come to emerge for the sole purpose of enabling it to keep its body in balance. What if we take a look at the pictures below, all taken from the internet?

Here it can be seen that the movements of the living creatures are encumbered by their tails, particular at a time when they attempt to avoid predators. We may thus not say in any sense that the very long tails of these creatures function as a balance-keeper; rather, what we may say is that these tails of theirs had come to emerge only by dint of the presence of the molecular inertia of the material from which their tails had been formed. Even if they had been in the transition period, such molecular inertia could still affect such evolution of the body shape from one that was snake-like to one that was lizard-like, or vice versa.

Here we are going to deal with only the presence of proofs of evolution in living creatures from the aspect of molecular changes in measurements of Angstrom.

The development of the tail of an animal is conceivably a result of the molecular inertia of the molecules of its body. At the time the animal moves its body forward, all the molecules of its Cells look as if they were left behind. In other words, the body grows longer, though this elongation could be as miniscule as only 1 Angstrom.
This is because of the molecular inertia of its bodily matter, particularly the one at its tail.

Molecular movement caused by the molecular inertia of an animal's tail.

Illustration 1 shows a spherical iron ball placed on a thick piece of paper pad. If the paper pad is tugged in the direction as shown by the grey arrow, the ball, due is, due to its molecular inertia, seen to shift towards the vertical line "a" (illustration 2).

A similar occurrence can also been seen in an animal, e.g. a lizard, each time it makes a sudden forward movement. The paper pad, here exemplifies the outer part or the skin of he lizard while the iron ball the molecules in its body.

In an animal, however, while the multifarious molecules that make up its bodily cells will, due to their molecular inertia, shift backward simultaneously with its sudden forward movement, these molecules will, however, because of their flexibility, return to their original position. (illustration 1)

Illustrations 1, 2, and 3 depict the molecules at a particular location at the tail, while illustration 5 depicts the molecules at that part of the tail extending from the stump to the tip.

One question yet remains: Do these molecules inside its cells have the ability to return to its original position to a degree of precision of Angstrom? The answer is definitely "No!". Such is the answer, the new position they will take is one as shown in illustration 3, where the iron ball is now seen to be at "c". It is the distance between "b" and "c", represented by the letter x, that will later affect the elongation of the tail as well as the other organs of the animal. In addition to this, in almost all mobile living creatures, the jerky movement they inevitably make when they start to move exceeds the one they make when they stop.

However, whether a tail will emerge or not, and whether the molecules will elongate or not, it all depends on a number of factors. Among these--apart from such factor as the bond between the molecules of the tail--is one that concerns the movement that particular species of animals habitually make in its day-to-day life.

Now, if it is supposed that at each movement or jump the x is only 1 Angstrom, just imagine how significant the figure could be after millions of years of evolution. The x here is but a result of one jump, yet if we are to assume that the total elongation that occurs a day is 1 Angstrom, what we have then is the following calculation: As 1 mm is equal to 10,000,000 Angstrom, a shift of just 1 Angstrom a day can result in x reaching 365 Angstrom a year. As such, after 100,000,000 years of evolution, the x may reach 36,500,000,000 Angstrom, which is equal to 3.650 mm or 3,65 meters.

On the left of this page is an illustration supposedly portraying the molecules inside the cells of the animal's tail--or it could also be envisioned that they are a row of cells of the animal's tail.

Illustration 5 maps how the molecules of an animal's tail, which originally are in a position as shown by A, later take a position as depicted by B when the animal moves forward. Consequently there occur spaces between these molecules, though at irregular intervals. As soon as the animal stops its forward movement, these molecules return to their original position, though not quite precisely at their original spots.

In the illustration, the row of molecules, which originally resembles that as shown in 5A, becomes like what is shown in B--this a result of the animal's forward movement. Later, as soon as the animal stops, the row of molecules attempts to regain its 5A position; nevertheless, due to the limitedness of its elasticity, the best it could achieve is a position as shown in 5C.

There thus occurs a discrepancy in length between the row of molecules in 5A and that in 5C, though by only 1 Angstrom. Later, as soon as its condition becomes stable, 5C becomes the new 5A, which is longer by one Angstrom that the original 5A. Such elongation occurs continuously and repeatedly, is passed on to its descendants, and will become obvious only after hundreds of thousands of generations have passed.

Please keep in mind that the above calculation is based on the assumption that such jump occurs only once a day and that the distance covered at each jump is 1 Angstrom. Now, what if it is assumed that 100 Angstrom of such jump occur a day. Needless to say, the evolutionary process is accelerated.

Though this is but a rough calculation, the figures here are yet not by far different from what they truly are. Here the molecules and the cells are intentionally made to appear more than they actually are and to look simple solely to ease the readers in their attempt to understand what this evolutionary journey is all about.

No matter where these molecules are in--be they in the bones, the muscles, the skin--they will all be affected when the animal moves forward.

During the elongation of its tail, empty spaces are formed between the molecules and the cells of the tail, which makes it possible for more molecules and cells to be formed to fill in the space, by way of division. This eventually entails in the elongation of the tail. And as far as living creatures are concerned, such elongation is something that they must be able to pass on to their descendants.
This, of course, is no different from the other evolutionary journey, i.e. the one subjected to mutation.

Because this is something that concerns more about the internal factors of living creatures, its further development could have something to do with Homeobox in Gene, the one related with Hox gene.
This is a possibility that scientists are expected to re-examine.

Were it to turn out that there would simply be no way for any molecular changes to be passed on to the descendants, then any attempt to explain about molecular inertia would certainly be of no use and irrelevant to the development of evolution.

The evolutionary changes due to molecular inertia took place not only at the tail but also at all other parts of the body of a living creature. The symmetrical body shape of a living creature may perhaps serve as one of the many amazing examples of this.
Conclusion

Those who believe that evolution does occur must certainly believe that before living creatures have such forms as they do today, they must, at the beginning, have been very simple in form. These believers of evolution must certainly believe that before an animal got its tail elongated to such a length as it is today, such elongation must have occurred in phases--initially emerging as an animal without a tail, it then began to develop a short tail, which then grew longer and longer to the extent that it turns into what it is today. What is extremely dominant in the whole process of such elongation is the roles that the laws of nature play.

If we were to adopt the idea that such limitations in elasticity of a living creature can never be passed on to its descendants, then this would means that we believe that the position of the molecules of the tail would return to its 5A condition.

This would then bring rise to some crucial questions: "Where has that energy needed to create the distance (x) gone? Where does it get the energy it needs to return from its position as in 5C to its position as in 5A?

A look at long-tailed animals of today, it can be said for certain that the elongation of their tails have been caused by both mass inertia and limitations in elasticity, and that any change leading to such elongation will necessarily be passed on to the descendants.

Should you disapprove of whatever is proposed in this article, we would certainly welcome any other opinion you have concerning the elongation of the tail of an animal during evolution.

The magnitude of this industry, when coupled with the sweeping political and demographic changes has dramatically increased the demand for education, specializing in the growing field of health care management.
Mark Allan, Director of MBA Program Faculty of the health sector management at Boston University School of Management, sees the policy changes are made in Washington as a decisive factor in this increase in popularity and importance.

"In times like this," said Allan, "effective, managers have been trained more critical. And people who know how to make the changes necessary to remain successful."

In response, the program shifted and diversified, now offering courses in many fields of healthcare, including service, bio-pharmaceutical and medical devices.

• I believe that other forces will lead students to more such programs," said Baldwin. "One of them is baby boomers begin to retire, and they need health services more."

"And I think people can see the industry long term care, nursing home industry and so on sites that need to grow, and this will attract students," she added.

Deals in the field

Attractive because of the growing industry can be to people outside of health, were many of these specific programs designed specifically for people already working in the field. For example, BU Allan says that about 95 percent of the HSM program students have already worked in the health sector, capacity ranging from doctors to engineers, bio-tech.

"A lot of people," he said, "seeks to advance, or spend the scientific side of the business side."
Post-graduation, they expect to move up the chain in the roles more focused on management. "If they try to steer their ship in a new direction," said Solomon of candidates, "we look at that as all other indicators of success Haas and program success are high."

Mark Allan believes that, since the students in terms of flexibility based on the health care MBA degrees have a huge advantage.
